    In a recent speech, the United Kingdom's newly appointed Development Secretary Justine Greening sets out the priorities for UKAID in the coming years. One of the key areas of emphasis will be on innovative uses for technology in the delivery and monitoring of public services. Secretary of State Greening highlighted mTrac as an example of the successful application of mobile technology for monitoring medicine stock levels.
